MEDIA/PHOTOGRAPHER ACCREDITATION
Thank you for your interest in the Calgary round of the Parts Canada Superbike Championship. Our goal is to make your job covering the event as easy and pleasant as possible.
Reporters and photographers interested in covering this event must be on assignment from a recognized media outlet. All free-lance credential requests must be submitted before June 4, 2009 to media@calgarysuperbike.com. Please provide your phone number, e-mail address, and return mailing address in your request. Fast Track Promotions Inc. will issue credentials to working print and broadcast journalists and a limited number of still photographers. All credentials are non-transferrable and any unauthorized use will subject the bearer to removal from the premises and confiscation of the credential. A request for credentials does not guarantee they will be issued.
Photographers must attend a safety meeting at the track (usually held in the morning before on-track activity during events) in order to receive a vest allowing trackside access.

:: Proper Attire (media) ::
Long pants and closed-toe shoes are required for hot pit lane and trackside access. No shorts, tank tops, or open-toed shoes are allowed. Photographers will be issued a "Photo" vest that must be worn at all times. Do not wear bright red or yellow colors - these can be confused with the flags. White clothing is preferred (jeans and khaki's are acceptable).
